We provide quality- and compliance-related deliverables tailored to the specific SKU, formula, dosage form, and destination/channel requirements (e.g., Amazon, TikTok, distributors). Requirements vary by market. The final deliverables list will be confirmed during project assessment and defined in the agreement.
a.Quality & Testing (as applicable)
Common deliverables may include:
- COA (finished goods and/or raw materials, project-based)
- Specification Sheet
- Microbiology / heavy metals and other testing panels (determined by product risk and destination requirements)
- Allergen / GMO statements (if applicable)
- Stability / shelf-life related information (if required)
b.Manufacturing & Batch Management (project-based)
Depending on cooperation terms and client needs, we may support:
- Batch records/release records (subject to agreement)
- Key process control points overview for client review
c.Label & Compliance Support (with clear scope)
We can support label content preparation and layout guidance (ingredients, directions, warnings). Claims and certain regulatory items may require destination-market review by local compliance experts. Final compliance must follow the destination laws and platform policies.
d.Export & Logistics (destination/Incoterms-based)
We can support export and shipping workflow planning based on destination requirements and Incoterms, including packaging and carton configuration for warehousing/platform needs.
Regulatory Pathways (where applicable)
If a project requires a specific regulatory pathway in a target market, we can provide feasibility-based support and, where applicable, documentation preparation. Applicability depends on formula, dosage, claims, channel, and current regulatory requirements.
